Asset Training Australia has developed a unique set of training programs that enable you to get the best combinations of licensing skill sets available. You can choose from 3 standard programs or complete individual components that meet your needs.
Training Program 1 Basic Licensing Course
Security Officer (Unarmed), Crowd Control and First Aid
Duration: 1 Week (6 Days)
This course includes the Certificate 2 in Security Operations and some units from the Certificate 3 in Security Operations qualification. Successful completion of this course will enable you to obtain a licence and gain employment in Shopping Centres, Airports, Patrols, Static Guard sites, Universities, Hospitals, Pubs, Night Clubs, Concerts, Sporting Events and much more.
Almost 70% of the employment opportunity within the security industry is covered by this course making it an ideal starting point for most new entrants to the industry.
Training Program 2 Comprehensive Licensing Course
Security Officer (Unarmed, Monitoring, Cash-in-Transit), Crowd Control, Bodyguard and First Aid
Duration: 2 Weeks (11 Days)
This course includes both Certificate 2 and Certificate 3 in Security Operations qualifications combined in a uniquely structured program. Successful completion of this course will enable you to obtain a licence and gain employment in any sector of the security industry except Dog Patrol and Armed Guard. No other training provider currently offers this many licence functions in a single value-for-money package.

Training Program 3 Complete Licensing Course
Security Officer (Unarmed, Monitoring, Cash-in-Transit), Crowd Control, Bodyguard, First Aid, Firearms, Batons, Handcuffs and Defensive Techniques
Duration: 3 Weeks (17 Days)
This is the course for someone with a long term career in mind; it covers the Certificate 2 and 3 in Security Operations plus the additional elective units for weapons licensing, and physical conflict management. All the employment opportunities covered in the Basic Licensing Program and the Comprehensive Licensing Program plus the opportunity to work as an Armed Guard.
The skills and knowledge that you will develop through this program prepare you for anything that the industry has to offer; potential employers will quickly realise that you are going to be an asset to their business.

If you already have a licence and wish to add more licence functions or you only want specific functions when you apply for a licence; you can complete the skill sets that we have developed for each specific licence function. These include:
